Sherwin-Williams Opens YouTube Channel for Protective, Marine Coatings

Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Coatings (Bolton, United Kingdom) has launched a new YouTube channel to share helpful videos covering company product and service offerings.

The channel expands the division’s social media presence and offers a new way to share how Sherwin-Williams helps protect assets around the globe, the company says.

The channel will feature videos related to a wide array of markets, including food and beverage; water and wastewater; oil, gas, and chemicals; marine; rail; power; flooring; bridge and highway; and fire protection.

Current videos include case studies covering high-profile projects to protect the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland from corrosion, as well as to protect several landmark buildings in London, United Kingdom, from fire.

The channel also features demonstration videos showcasing the company’s Heat-Flex 3500 insulative coating and Anti-Graffiti Coating products.

“The power of video content is unquestionable. It’s one thing to explain how a product like our AntiGraffiti Coating works, for example, but it’s so much more impactful to show how easily graffiti washes off a wall coated with the product,” says Doni Riddle, vice president of marketing at Sherwin-Williams Protective and Marine Coatings. “Seeing is believing, and our aim with the YouTube channel is to bring more of our stories to life to help others learn about our capabilities.”

The Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Coatings YouTube channel will feature regular updates with new videos related to the company and its customers. Visit the channel here.
