CORROSION Forum Outlines Steps to Become a NACE Author

Editors from the Publications Division of NACE International will host a forum during the upcoming CORROSION 2017 Conference & Expo in New Orleans, Louisiana, to help explain the steps to become an author for NACE publications and NACE-published books and compilations.

The “How to Be an Author” session is slated for Wednesday, March 29, at 10:30 a.m. It will be held in the Corrosive Chronicles Green Theater, booth 2011, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

In the one-hour session, NACE editors will outline the process for publication. This comprises content needs, proposal writing, author guidelines, and submission processes.

Topics will include how to become an author for NACE-published books and compilations, CORROSION journal—the technical research journal devoted to furthering the knowledge of corrosion science and engineering, and Materials Performance (MP) magazine—the NACE membership magazine that features articles concerning practical, field-oriented applications of technology.

Information will also be provided on how to submit article leads to CoatingsPro Magazine.
