Polycarbonate (PC) enclosures company Fibox (Glen Burnie, Maryland) expanded its ARCA family of PC cabinet enclosure products with the ARCA IEC series for cathodic protection (CP) rectifiers. Products in the new series range in size from 6 by 6 by 6 in (152 by 152 by 152 mm) to 31.5 by 23.5 by 12 in (800 by 597 by 305 mm).

Molded in PC, the products are resistant to corrosion, impact, and ultraviolet (UV) light. As a result, they will not rust, dent, crack, or flake and bloom in the field—ensuring a dry environment free of dust. In addition, the Wi-Fi friendly nature of PC reduces the need for an external antenna mount.

The products are ideal for extended field use and remote monitoring, where enclosures can protect electrical and electronic equipment across many industrial applications. The products come with standard wall mounting feet, and they are available for both portrait and landscape orientation.

All enclosure sizes offer opaque covers and feature an overlapping cover design, which provides superior protection of the polyurethane gasket.
