Technical Program, Advance Registration Available for CORROSION 2018

Advance registration is now open for CORROSION 2018, to be held by NACE International from April 15-19, 2018, in Phoenix, Arizona.

By taking advantage of advance registration, attendees can save up to $165 and gain complimentary access to all conference proceedings. The discounted rates apply until Feb. 8, 2018.

CORROSION is the most anticipated corrosion conference and exhibition in the industry. Each year, CORROSION welcomes more than 6,000 corrosion engineers, scientists, researchers, technicians, asset owners, inspectors, and other professionals from over 60 countries across the world.

This comprehensive conference is packed with technical education and knowledge exchange, along with opportunities to make valuable new professional contacts. The technical program is now available at the conference web page, allowing attendees to browse the agenda and begin planning their schedules.

Users can save important sessions directly to their customized online schedule, and any changes will be visible in real-time as they occur.

In all, more than 400 exhibiting companies are expected for next year’s event, which will be focused on the prevention and mitigation of corrosion around the world.

In addition to traditional events, the third annual University Student Design and Applied Solutions Competition (USDASC) will make its CORROSION debut in 2018. The competition challenges university and military student teams to design and build an autonomous system for corrosion inspection and detection in hard-to-access areas. Each team will give a 20-min oral presentation on its design and system overview to the judging panel prior to testing their solution on a steel structure.

All CORROSION attendees will have the opportunity to watch the USDASC event live as a spectator in the stands.
