Chan-Woo Distribution, LLC (Humble, Texas, USA) recently announced the appointment of Robert Richter, a NACE International-certified Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level 3 Inspector with nearly 45 years of coatings industry experience, as managing member.
In addition to previously managing his own sandblasting and painting company, Richter served in various roles throughout the petrochemical, rail, marine, and offshore industries. These roles include construction coordinator for Houston Lighting & Power Co.; technical sales and service manager for Valspar Mebon; southern regional industrial manager for Duron Paints and Wallcoverings, and eastern U.S. regional manager for CHLOR*RID International, Inc.
In his new role, Richter will manage sales for the company’s distribution of the CleanWirx 207 product, a non-toxic and biodegradable corrosion eliminator.
