Corrosion Innovations (Pasadena, Texas, USA), manufacturer of the Corr-Zee surface preparation product line, recently announced a merger with its long-term partner, CRW Consulting and Distribution, LLC (CRW) (Houston, Texas, USA).
With CRW having partnered with Corrosion Innovations in 2020 as their master distributor, the merger is a natural fit based on their shared history. In addition, the merger will significantly enhance product and consulting offering from Corrosion Innovations. Marlin Lester will remain the company’s chief executive officer, while new appointments include Jeremi Day as chief technical officer, Gregg Taney as president, and Trey Chandler as director of international sales.
